Feb. 4, 2012 - Heart to Heart Charity Ball ~ Elks Club, 198 Pleasant Street, Willimantic, CT. Proceeds benefit programs for women and girls including Windham Area Interfaith Ministries providing assistance for families in need. This is our major fundraiser of the year where we partner with another organization in our local community. This year we are partnering with WAIM.

Oct. 21, 2011 - BINGO fundraiser at Foxwoods on Oct. 21, 2011. Tickets are only $15.00 each for regular admission and can be purchased by contacting Joan Merritt. You can view and/or download the bingo flyer. Your purchase of a bingo ticket will help support the programs of our club.

Nov. 4, 2011 - Harvest Wine Tasting, 6:00pm to 8:30pm, Elks Lodge, 198 Pleasant Street, Willimantic, CT. Sponsored by Soroptimist of Willimantic and B.P.O.E. Nov. 14, 2011 - Charity Ball Committee Meeting, 6:00pm, Home of Sandy Landon, Redwood, Lebanon, CT.

Nov. 20, 2011 - Annual fun activity of putting together Thanksgiving Baskets to be donated to area towns and the domestic violence shelter. Home of Joyce Burdick, 2:00pm. We will also be putting together toiletry baskets for the Domestic Violence Shelter.

Nov. 25, 2011 - Members will be serving hot chocolate at the Holiday Tree Lighting and Carol Sing at Jillson Square near the First Baptist Church, Willimantic CT. The parade begins at 5:30pm at Memorial Park and ends at Jillson Square for the ceremonial tree lighting at approximately 6:00pm.
